Plasma Service started in 1978 as an engine overhaul company.

Due to the progressive ideas of the management at the time, the focus was soon on thermal spray techniques.

Over the years, processes have been added and improved.

We now have more than 40 years of experience in applying thermal coatings.

Since February 26, 2020, our team has been reinforced with a robot who has taken over the often dirty and especially noisy spraying work from the operator.

Plasma Service now has 5 thermal spraying processes in addition to a fully-fledged workshop with which we serve our customers. For the future, an expansion of the workshop and office area is on the wish list.

In our workshop, in addition to manufacturing new or imitating parts that are no longer available on the market, we also apply metallic, ceramic and carbide layers to these new or used parts. machine parts to improve the tool life up to 2 to 3 times compared to an original (OEM) part.

In addition, Plasma Service is socially involved through sponsoring, among other things. This gives us a wonderful opportunity to disseminate knowledge about wear solutions and to demonstrate the applicability of our technology in practice. A number of our applications can therefore be used in racing; the wear-resistant coating or repair of shafts, of lower part of (crank) shafts or seal fits .
