Quality
Plasma Service stands for quality. Thermal spray operators and engineers are certified by an industry umbrella body. Periodically an audit is performed by the German Gemeinschaft Thermisches Spritzen (GTS), in which knowledge, quality and reproducibility are central.
In order to guarantee individual layer quality, we work together with inspection authorities such as Element Materials Technology in Breda. Hardness values, adhesion values, metallographic studies, corrosion tests and other quality inspections are carried out according to established standards.
Even if you have specific quality requirements or prescribed specifications that your products must meet, Plasma Service can take care of this down to the last detail.
Environment
Plasma Service ensures that the metal waste is professionally separated and sorted. We carry out all of this in accordance with the strict requirements of environmental legislation.
After this, the metal can be offered to a metal smelter and/or exporter who gives the metal a second life. In this way, we as a company contribute to a more sustainable environment.
Costs
OEM suppliers often charge exorbitant amounts for new genuine parts for their machines. As a customer, you often have no other options because it simply does not fit your configuration.
For a fraction of the new value, Plasma Service ensures that your rotating parts are as good as, or often even better than, new.
Sustainability
If something breaks or you have damage, the first thought is quickly to buy it new. By repairing the part or providing it with a preventive coating, the burden on the environment is reduced. An additional advantage is that repair is faster than manufacturing a new part.
