Bushes
We manufacture and coat liners/Bushes with an extremely wear-resistant, HVOF, sprayed coating. These highly wear-resistant layers significantly increase tool life compared to untreated bushings. These layers can be applied to a variety of parts. In this video we show the production of bushings that are mainly used in the shipping industry for sealing applications. When choosing a base material, a designer often has to choose between high strength and high hardness. A problem that will no longer bother you. You simply opt for a wear-resistant coating, where you find it necessary. This gives you combinations of properties that no base material can have.
