Rotating equipment is a term generally used in the oil and gas and process industries to describe mechanical components that use kinetic energy to move liquids, gases, and other process materials. These include, but are not limited to, motors, compressors, turbines, pumps, generators, blowers and gearboxes.
Opt for repair
To reduce costs and relieve the climate, people are increasingly opting for repair than for new parts. In this way we work together with the rotating equipment industry on a better climate. Of course, this does not only apply to this industry, but also to all other sectors and industries for which we work.
Think of repairing bearing or sealing fits on anchor shafts or cage anchors.
We also manufacture and repair power-insulated bearing bushes.
These buses are internally coated with an Al2O3 layer that has a total insulation value of 1,000 volts.
Machining
We manufacture new parts such as sleeves, drive shafts, pump shafts, bearing plates, gear shafts and many other parts that are subject to wear.
Surface
For the rotating equipment industry we work for both manufacturers and maintenance companies. We apply, among other things, very wear-resistant layers that have up to 3x the tool life compared to the OEM parts.
Repair
We also carry out repairs on worn machine parts. We give machines and machine parts a second or even third life. In addition to being faster and cost-effective, this is also better for the environment and the climate.
